We'll take care of it for you! In order to set off fireworks in the Netherlands, you need a fireworks permit from the Province or Environmental Service (you do not need a fireworks permit for special effects). The fireworks permit can only be applied for by a specialised fireworks company. In Belgium, a fireworks permit must be applied for from the local council.

Caffero has the necessary certificates to take care of the permit procedures both in the Netherlands and abroad. We are happy to arrange this for you! Depending on the quantity and type of fireworks used, the legal processing time for a permit application can range from 14 days to as long as 14 weeks. Be sure to involve us in your event or festival in good time, especially for larger shows! In most cases, we are able to arrange a permit within 14 days.

Safety first

Safety is always paramount at Caffero. We work in compliance with all safety regulations and have the necessary certificates. Caffero is insured for up to €5,000,000 per event in the event of an emergency. Our vehicles are safe and approved for the transport of fireworks, and our fireworks suppliers all have ES8000 certification. All products are CE and FFIC approved and come with all the necessary safety certificates. Safe and sound!
